![]() Again, we had told them we HAD to have it by May. We FINALLY were able to pick-up our RV the middle of June. Overall, Brain did a really good job with these items. Install extra seat belt receptacle (for the dog), add stair well cover, add collapsible counter top, change top 2 shelves of pantry into pull out drawers and install cell booster. Remove 1 dinette seat and replace it with a wooden cabinet (I provided the cabinet), it was never bolted down.Ħ. Brian did a good job, although, the drawer covers were never ordered and it wasn't until we took the RV in again in October that we FINALLY got the covers for the drawers. Removed stove and added 2 additional drawers. 3 burner range replaced by a 2 burner range, additional counter and cappuccino machine installed. He built a shelf for the new unit and added some additional storage next to it.ģ. Built-in microwave replaced by multi-unit appliance. Apparently, it was hooked up incorrectly. We finally ended up having to have a repair person come out and fix it. We ended up taking the RV back in 3x in reference to this issue. Even after sending the list of renovations we wanted done.ġ. We were told multiple times that this would not be a problem. We took our RV to open roads the beginning of March and told them that we needed to have the RV back by May. We purchased our RV in February (used) and wanted to have, what I thought were semi minor renovations. Giving 2 stars I feel is pretty generous. "I usually don't write reviews and if I do, it is usually not based on a one time deal (I understand everyone has "off" days). They were very welcoming and changed the tire within minutes of us pulling in. We limped in with our dually and 5th wheel. "We were traveling on I- and just past this dealer when our tire sensor went off. we were able to reach an agreement and both Daniel and Chip and your service person Jared done a great job accommodating us with whatever our needs were. The manager Chip got involved as we negotiated the price and some options that I wanted added to the camper. when we decided on the camper that we wanted which was a Jayco White Hawk, he work with us very professionally as we tried to reach an agreement on the price. "Greeted by Daniel Mosley that helped us walk through several campers and answered all questions that we had. He made me feel like I was now part of the Open Roads family. Most of all, he was the best sales person I have dealt with when purchasing a high dollar item. He continues answering all my questions and making sure I get what was promised to me, I enjoyed getting to know him. I have asked a lot of questions since the purchase. He walked me through the whole process with ease from showing me the unit, the test driving and then the purchase. "I just had the most awesome experience buying a Class A RV at Open Roads. ![]()
